covid-19 procedures to keep everyone safe
We are open and we are able to offer face-to-face appointments to clients who wish this (we also continue to provide online appointments for those that prefer). Our therapy space has been equipped to maintain social distancing and to meet stringent hygiene requirements - but your co-operation is essential in helping us do our part in keeping Scotland safe. Availability is restricted to enable us to conduct robust cleaning and air purification between appointments. Obviously all plans may be subject to rapid change; we will continuously review advice, and ask all visitors to do the same. Prior to attending an appointment, clients are sent a self-screening questionnaire to support the Track and Trace procedures. Providing no symptoms are present, appointments can be conducted on a face to face basis providing the following rules are adhered to: face coverings must be worn by everyone entering the premises until they are seated in the clinic room hand sanitiser must be used on entering and leaving any movement beyond the sneeze screens and within the minimum 2-metre social-distance ruling must be brief and face coverings must be worn at all times. Thank you for your co-operation.
